We offer our consultants a complete secretarial/administration package – we can provide you with a full PA and secretarial service for both public healthcare professionals and private clinical work. We aim to make your life as stress free as possible so that you can get on with caring for your patients. We currently offer (but are not limited to) the following services:
Front-line communications
We will be your virtual office, providing a professional point of contact for patients giving you assurance that they will be in the best possible hands.
Organisation
Organising consultations, clinic rooms and nurses, surgery/treatment, theatre space, anaesthetist and equipment. We can also obtain pre-authorisation with insurance companies and ensure that inclusive care packages are sent out.
Support
Whether it is providing a virtual office for you, remote secretarial services, typing or the management and handling of your paperwork – we’ve got it covered.

We are a team of consultants, medical secretaries and IT professionals here to help you grow your practice. We would love to talk to you and put together a perfect package of services for your individual requirements.

Jessica has always been passionate about her work and aims to consistently deliver the highest possible quality service at all times.
She is an excellent team worker, with a grip of all aspects of patient journey.
She has excellent communication skills with clients and all levels of staff.
She has strong calendar and scheduling management
skills to prioritise, organise and maximise availability and project deadlines.
From 2009 to 2011, she was with the NHS, focusing on system implementation and staff training at St Margaret’s. Following that, she worked at PAH’s labour ward as a ward clerk before transitioning to Ramsay Rovers hospital
Between 2011-2014 she spent in inpatient roles and then as Medical Secretary to various specialists until 2023
