Sharon has worked in the private medical sector for 10 years, running the private practices of numerous surgeons, offering not only secretarial support but advising and growing their private practices.

She enjoys patient contact during what can quite often be a difficult time. With her knowledge and open approach, guides them through their specialist consultant care.

Jessica
JessicaOffice Manager
Jessica has worked within Healthcare, both within a busy NHS setting and at a Private Hospital, for over 7 years, covering a wide range of specialities during that time.

Jessica has always been passionate about her work and aims to consistently deliver the highest possible quality service at all times.

She is an excellent team worker, with a grip of all aspects of patient journey.

Lucy has extensive experience in patient care and is compassionate with excellent interpersonal skills. She is a friendly, engaging individual with a real passion for ensuring that her patients feel comfortable and knowledgeable with consultations and treatments where necessary. Lucy is highly motivated, enthusiastic, adaptable and is dedicated to her work.

Abbie is a conscientious and professional administrator with extensive experience spanning over a decade.

She has excellent communication skills with clients and all levels of staff.

Hannah is an experienced professional with exceptional customer service and engagement skills acquired in private healthcare setting.

She has strong calendar and scheduling management
skills to prioritise, organise and maximise availability and project deadlines.

Amanda
AmandaMedical Secretary
Amanda had a diverse experience in the healthcare sector, working in both administrative and training roles.

From 2009 to 2011, she was with the NHS, focusing on system implementation and staff training at St Margaret’s. Following that, she worked at PAH’s labour ward as a ward clerk before transitioning to Ramsay Rovers hospital
Between 2011-2014 she spent in inpatient roles and then as Medical Secretary to various specialists until 2023

Expert Services

Comprised of doctors, PA’s and medical secretaries, each bringing years of experience in the field to our roles, we appreciate that a one size fits all approach will not work, and that our doctors needs are as individual as that of their patients and we will tailor the services we can offer accordingly.

We currently offer (but are not limited to) the following services:

  • Telephone and email contact for enquires

  • Events and diary management

  • Organisation of consultations, to include organisation of clinic rooms and nurses if required

  • Organisation of surgery/treatment to include the booking of theatre space, anaesthetist and equipment where required and also to ensure pre-authorisation with insurance companies is in place prior to surgery/treatment, or that inclusive care packages are sent out

  • Typing of all medical correspondence

  • Copywriting and proofreading

  • Maintenance of paper/electronic records

  • Remote secretarial services

  • Storage of all clinical and medico-legal records, paper and electronic
