Diary maintenance can sometimes be a pain no matter how organised you are. Wouldn’t it be nice to let someone else take over?

We take great pride in ensuring we provide a smooth-running practice paying particular attention to bookings, whether these be clinical or theatre appointments. We appreciate the need to maximise your time if your practice extends to several hospitals, and always welcome a catch-up call during your driving time! We have great relationships with a vast number of hospitals and work well with them to provide efficient service in preparation for your clinic and theatre slots. Appointment reminders can be sent to patients electronically to ensure minimal DNA appointments and any upfront consultation fees can be collected.

Sharon has worked in the private medical sector for 10 years, running the private practices of numerous surgeons, offering not only secretarial support but advising and growing their private practices.

She enjoys patient contact during what can quite often be a difficult time. With her knowledge and open approach, guides them through their specialist consultant care.

JessicaOffice Manager

Jessica has worked within Healthcare, both within a busy NHS setting and at a Private Hospital, for over 7 years, covering a wide range of specialities during that time.

Jessica has always been passionate about her work and aims to consistently deliver the highest possible quality service at all times.

Hannah is an experienced professional with exceptional customer service and engagement skills acquired in private healthcare setting.

She has strong calendar and scheduling management
skills to prioritise, organise and maximise availability and project deadlines.

AmandaMedical Secretary

Amanda had a diverse experience in the healthcare sector, working in both administrative and training roles.

From 2009 to 2011, she was with the NHS, focusing on system implementation and staff training at St Margaret’s. Following that, she worked at PAH’s labour ward as a ward clerk before transitioning to Ramsay Rovers hospital
Between 2011-2014 she spent in inpatient roles and then as Medical Secretary to various specialists until 2023
