Our aim is to be flexible to ensure that we meet all your practice needs and provide a seamless takeover. You will have the opportunity to meet with us and your named secretary should you wish. Our secretaries have a wide range of experience working with different specialities and are highly confident within their job roles. Your secretary will liaise with all your patients to ensure that they have everything they need to attend their appointment and/or surgery with you and help eliminate any pre-operative anxiety patients may have. We understand the importance of returning patients and consultant reputation and will always ensure each patient receives the best possible service. We are fully conversant with various patient management systems available.
Organisation of consultations, surgery and treatment to include the booking of theatre space, anaesthetist and equipment where required and also to ensure pre-authorisation with insurance companies is in place prior to surgery/treatment, or that inclusive care packages are sent out.
