Drowning in a sea of paperwork? Our team are trained for speed and accuracy, and we will readily take on board typing for all clinical and medicolegal correspondence as well as digital and analogue transcription services.

We are nearly a paperless office:  Patient records are all saved electronically, safe and secure. We understand the importance of Data Protection and we are all GDPR trained. Your secretary is fully trained in a variety of practice management systems and will utilise all their knowledge to run your practice effectively and efficiently.

We also offer additional services such as copy-writing and proofreading as well as storage and maintenance of records.

Sharon has worked in the private medical sector for 10 years, running the private practices of numerous surgeons, offering not only secretarial support but advising and growing their private practices.

She enjoys patient contact during what can quite often be a difficult time. With her knowledge and open approach, guides them through their specialist consultant care.

Jessica has worked within Healthcare, both within a busy NHS setting and at a Private Hospital, for over 7 years, covering a wide range of specialities during that time.

Amanda

Amanda had a diverse experience in the healthcare sector, working in both administrative and training roles.

From 2009 to 2011, she was with the NHS, focusing on system implementation and staff training at St Margaret’s. Following that, she worked at PAH’s labour ward as a ward clerk before transitioning to Ramsay Rovers hospital
Between 2011-2014 she spent in inpatient roles and then as Medical Secretary to various specialists until 2023
