The heart and soul of any practice are the patients and how we interact with them; telephone and email contact for enquiries from patients, GPs, colleagues and clinics/Hospitals you practice from.
Our secretaries are all proficient in the use of most software packages, DGL, Heydoc, Cliniko, Writeupp, PPM, Healthcode and would be delighted to discuss the specific benefits of each of these systems if you are starting out in private practice and are looking for support in setting up your practice.

Sometimes it is nice to simply connect with another human being rather than deal with voicemail’s or computers. We understand the importance of being the first point of contact and how fundamental this if for the success of your practice.
As a team we have excellent communication skills and all telephone calls and emails are always dealt with in a professional manner. You will have your own practice line which will be monitored by your secretary and the team between 9am – 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). All emails are dealt with securely and within a tight turnaround and individual practice email addresses on our domain can be provided if required.
